ABOUT THE COACH

This 1998 Rear Bath model has 92,000 miles on it. It has a Ford E350 Econoline van chassis with a 10-cylinder gas engine. The hitch is rated for 5,000 lbs. It has rear dually tires. if you are wondering why this is so heavy, check out the Why Born Free page. Clean title in hand.

SOME COACH HISTORY
We love this Born Free, and it is our second one--just not able to enjoy it due to health issues.
We had it inspected before our purchase in March 2024, and we're happy to provide the inspection report. We don't believe there was ever a smoker using this coach but there was a bit of water "marking" on the woodwork which we had tested and it is all dry. We have the original owner's manual and all receipts since we have owned it. We're happy to accommodate an inspector--we are about 30 miles east of Minneapolis/St. Paul.

I can easily drive this and feel like it is a cargo van. It has a rear-view camera (on all the time, not just when backing) and great sight lines. This coach is a perfect size for two people (and in our case, two beagles). You can park it on a city street, and easily navigate narrow roads.
